Do you provide life jackets?

We provide life jackets free of charge. Sizes range from youth to women’s small and medium to men’s medium through XL. While booking you can select the sizes available in the add-on section. Limited quantities are available.

How old do I need to be to rent and drive the rental?

UTV’s - Drivers must be at least 21 years of age and if born before 01/01/88 possess a valid DNR certificate.

Jet Skis - Drivers must be at least 18 years of age and if born before 01/01/88 possess a valid DNR Certificate.

How much is the damage deposit and what does it cover?

At time of arrival you will be required to provide a valid credit card for a damage deposit authorization. For Jet Skis we will authorize $1,200 per unit and for UTV’s $1,500. If the unit is returned in the same condition it was received we will release the hold and void the authorization. If there is cosmetic or mechanical damage from neglect or misuse we will charge the card the amount of the damage. Note: this could be above the authorization amount as customers are responsible for all damages?

What is the cancellation policy?

• Cancel within 15 days of rental date and half of rental is forfeited. 

• Cancel 15 days or earlier than your rental date and get all of your rental back less $50 fee plus 3% form processing. 

**If conditions deemed unsatisfactory by TATWR all rental fees will be refunded in full.
